An Unsung Hero is someone who donates their time and/or talents to a cause without the expectation of recognition or reward. The Adventure Café and Grill’s Unsung Hero Award is our chance to shine a light on those who make meaningful contributions to causes in the Mother Lode. Sadie has taken a special interest in the feral cat problem in Tuolumne County. She has used her resourceful ness to communicate with cat rescue organizations all over the West Coast, and has helped to bridge gaps between other groups, often giving advice to those who are trying to manage feral colonies. She has had a huge impact on decreasing the feral cat population over the past couple of years, which will improve Tuolumne County for a long time to come. Sadie truly exemplifies an Unsung Hero.
