Jeff Smith
Jeff is the hardest working man I know. He always has been. He bought our first house when we were 21/22 years old. When he puts his mind to something he works hard and doesn’t give up until the job is done. He works in construction and recently got laid off work but he’s been putting all of his energy in keeping the house clean and taking care of the kids while I’m at work. I come home to a clean house and dinner made. When he’s not fixing something around the house or taking care of us he goes out of his way to help our neighbors and family with their home projects. One call and he’ll drop what he’s doing to help a friend. He truly is an amazing man.
Update: His birthday is actually on 8/5 so …perfect timing! Things have changed for him a bit since I signed him up for this. He’s back in construction working in San Francisco Doing a 2 to 3 hour commute each way and working 6 days a week. He leaves for work at 3 AM and doesn’t get home till 8 PM most nights. He is literally the hardest working person I know. All of this and he still manages to find time to play with the kids and be Mr. Fix it around the house. I am so grateful for everything he does for our family and proud of the man my husband has become.
