Bullet

My name is Maci and I want to nominate my dog Bullet for pet of the week. He is a German Shepard/Australian Shepard mix. He is 2 years old and 100 lbs. He LOVES to look for lizards, mice, and gophers at my parents house in the country and loves to play tug a war. If he’s not playing then he loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. We love you Bullet!

Fannie

Fannie is a Jack a weenie who is the result of our daughter’s next door Jack Russell terrier, Pippen, visiting her Dachshund , Stubbs Vella.

She is a wonderful birthday present, who makes us laugh every day.

Fannie has learned to peacefully get along with our 14 year old Dachshund, Peaches.  Her best friend is Charlie a FOAC rescue.

Our lives would be easier without our dogs, horses and goats but not as much fun.

Brutus

Hello this is Brutus, he’s 2 years old. He’s looks like a bully . But don’t let this big ol teddy bear full you. He is full of love , my 5,7,11 year olds love him and are best friends!! We swear Brutus was human at one point. This dog is so smart ! loves the kids so much he found a way to open are patio French doors . To come inside the house just to find him snuggled up in the rooms with the kids!

We are going to call her Cupcake!

She’s such a sweet girl and loves her cupcakes  she waits patiently for her treats when we get home and wags her tail in excitement to see us and she loves attention. She stands still when we dress her up for the holidays, I thinks she knows she’s purdy.  We just love her.

My Una is my hero, she is always by my side and loves to hike the back county with me.  Her name means number one woman and she will gladly be in charge if you let her. She was a rescue dog and deserves to be the pet of the week for her loving and true devotion attitude.

Willow

Good morning, this is my little girl Willow. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog… maybe a less of a Velcro dog, but not better. If I move 2.5 inches, you bet she is coming with me, I believe it’s for protection or moral support. She deserves to be the KKBN Pet of the Week, because she endured the worst possible situation on a daily basis. She has to stay home when dad goes to work. She lets everyone know that any less of a dog, wouldn’t survive! When I’m having a bad day, she can sense it, and will do whatever she can to change it.

Shack

Hi, my name is Shack and I’m nominating myself because I’m a very good boy. I am 4 years old, they say I’m a Siberian Husky, but I think I’m from Turlock. My main job is to escape. My humans are pretty good at keeping an eye on me, but sometimes I take myself for a joy ride. Once I went for a swim in the neighbor’s Koi pond. Her face got all red from yelling at me, but the fish didn’t seem to mind and a Husky has to find a way to cool off during this global warming business, am I right? If you need holes dug, I’m your guy. I prefer to sleep in a king sized bed with 300 thread count Egyptian combed cotton. I’ll be so happy if I can just eat whatever you’re eating for dinner, but sometimes the humans make me eat the nuggets in the silver bowl- yuck. My best friend is my dad, Nate. My mom Christine sneaks me the best snacks when no one’s looking. And I love my sisters Tyler and Maddie so much! I like it better during the summer when they’re home so we can go for walks. Did I mention I like snacks?

Dixie

My little 4yr old 8lb terrier chihuahua fur baby, Dixie, got bit by a rattlesnake in November. And she survived! She beat the odds and pulled through and I think that definitely worth of being recognized for! Should’ve been too cold for snakes to be out but she found the one damn snake still out and about. Bonus pictures of her cat brother(cowboy) making sure she recovered so they can play again.
