Victor Neese is one of the hardest working men I know. Anyone who know Victor knows that he will drop what every he is doing if you need his help. He will always go above and beyond for anyone who needs him. He works all day and then comes home to be the best dad to our two boys on top of building or repairing anything else on our never ending joys of being a home owner list. He turns 30 this week and I want him to know how much he is loved and appreciated.

Victor is married to my granddaughter. Even though he works long hours, is involved in every aspect of his young sons’ lives and takes care of his family’s home, he never fails to ask me how he can help me with projects around my home. He always seems to be working helping others in his spare time.

Victor is a loving and caring son, father and husband who works 40-50 hours a week. His wife works 10 hour shifts so he takes their two sons every morning to day care and Nana and Papas house so they can take the oldest to catch the bus. After working all day, he picks his sons up, takes them to ball practice or whatever event might be going on. He makes them dinner, gets their baths, makes sure homework is done. He helps around the house with any chores that might need doing… he also graciously helps his dad with anything that he might need help with. Victor is our oldest son and he is such an inspiration to all he comes into contact with. He is quiet, gentle, we are so very proud of him. Please nominate Victor for the hard working man.

Victor is always working to provide for his family. In the years he has been married to my sister I only know of 2 days he has taken sick days for himself. They’ve been married almost 8 years now. Any time he has taken off has been for his kiddos or my sister forcing him to take time off for some fun. I couldn’t ask for a better guy for my little sister Sam, a better dad for their sons, or a better uncle for my little guy to look up to as well. Heck we think he’s so hard working and such a genuinely nice person that my guy wanted to and did name our son after him!
