Grady Hughes 
Grady keeps motivation throughout the week to get up early and drive an hour or so away for work. He works for Teichert as an equipment operator. I don’t know how he does it, but he does his best at it. Working 10 hours a day 5-6 days a week, the fact he can work a long day and still come home with motivation is amazing.
Even with work being slow for the winter he is finding work and staying busy. When he gets home, he still works outside to get things done and usually if there is stuff I want to do, he plays and cares for our 4 month old baby girl.
I’m amazed and grateful for everything he does, he’s a very hard worker and I couldn’t be happier.
Our daughter and I are so lucky to have a man like him.
