Don Fulton
I am proud to call Don my grandfather! About 7 years ago my grandfather was in a horrible car accident. He drove off Old Priest Grade and suffered major injuries and was hospitalized for many months. His stability was questionable, and we didn’t know what the outcome would be. A few long months later, we brought him home and not long after that he returned to the woods to work. His accident left him not able to walk like he use to and now has to use a cane to walk. He is now 80 years old, walks with a cane and still works long hours running his logging company, many mornings he gets up at sun rise and doesn’t stop until the sun goes down. Most people my age couldn’t keep up with this wonderful man. He is amazing and the hardest working man I have ever met. Grandpa you never stop amazing us, thank you for being such a wonderful role model. We all love you so very much! If anyone deserves this award it is you.
