A Great Big Yee Haw and Congratulations to this year’s Miss Calaveras 2013 Chelsea Ruthrauff! Ruthrauff, a senior at Calaveras High School, played the tuba during the talent competition. She plans to attend Sonoma State next near and study biology.
The first runner-up was Nicole Huddy, a Senior at Bret Harte High School, and the second runner up was Shelby Reese, a senior at Calaveras High School.
