Congratulations to this week’s KKBN Pet Of The Week: Petey and Koa
Hi there. I’m submitting two pets for the pet of the week contest. I just moved to the area and was thrilled when I found out you love animals as much as I do. Of course I’m biased when I say Koa, my 1 year old doxie/boston terrier mix is the cutest darn dog around. She is a perfect match for me because like me she hates mornings. I have to drag her out of bed, but once I do we’re on the road for adventure. This picture was taken at Hyalite Lake near Bozeman, MT where I’m from.
Also attached is a picture of my 10 year old “snowflake” corn snake Petey. I’ve had him for ten years and he has been such a gentle soul. In fact, I used him for two years at on outdoor science in Montana as an educational tool. He went to classrooms all around the Bozeman area to teach kids about reptiles. The kids are sad I moved him back to California with me, but I’m sure I’ll find a place to use him educationally here as well.
